a “joint venture” at Vision Partner Group our
focus is only on forming RESPA compliant Joint Ventures.

Real
Estate Brokers and their Associates.
This is the industry norm and affords a sizeable return on
the required investment to both the broker as well as the
agent. This model proves to be a powerful recruiting and retention
tool for the broker.
Real
Estate Professionals. Many times we partner directly
with real estate agents from different offices affording the
agents a choice of where they close. This is particularly
relevant to the Real Estate Professional who is a member of
a large company that may have it’s own title entity
that does not engage in investment opportunities for its associates.
This model is very successful and financially rewarding given
the independent contractor status of most real estate professionals.
The choice is theirs where they close and this model affords
them additional revenue while giving them access to Vision
Partner Groups unique approach to the closing process.
Lenders
and Real Estate Professionals. This too, is a successful
model if properly structured. The beauty of this consortia
type agency is that we are able to hedge against many different
economic conditions should we experience a wild turn in interest
rates our Lender partners have many opportunities to make
a referral to our joint venture. Conversely, should the interest
rates increase we also have an opportunity to close B or C
paper loans through the referral of our Lender partners. Concurrently,
we will still enjoy the referrals and revenue from our Realtor
partners during the evolving market conditions.
Builders.
These types of relationships are particularly rewarding for
builders both financially and through a controlled service
environment. At Vision Partner Group we will work intensely
within the our builder partners structure to become an asset
through a reduction in re-work costs as well as getting the
buyer through the celebration no matter what the circumstance.
