Doug Bartle has 15 years in the title business.
Having begun his career as a post closer and working his way
through the ranks to assume the role of President of a sister
company, for a national underwriter. Doug's former employer
was solely a joint venture company focusing on creating and
maintaining RESPA compliant joint ventures. Under Doug's leadership
this Company grew to a nationwide organization with offices
from Arizona to New Jersey. This rapid expansion made this
company one of the largest independent agents in the State
of Florida.
Additionally,
the Board conferred several honors on Doug for both his financial
oversight, as well as retention. This is a further testament
to his ability to efficiently manage multiple locations.
A Rhodes
Scholar nominee, Doug hold's both a Bachelors and an MBA in
Accounting, Finance and Economics.

Sharon Howard has 18 years of experience in
the title insurance industry. The last 10 of which were spent
as the regional president for Sunbelt Title Agency. She was
instrumental in growing Sunbelt from a small local company
to one with a statewide presence. In those 10 years, Sunbelt
grew from 7 branches to 48 branches statewide. She was directly
responsible for 28 of those branches and the 138 employees
that staffed them.
Sharon's
region showed consistent growth, and last year closed in excess
of 14,000 transactions. In those 10 years, she was able to
secure over 70% of the direct-able business from their real
estate partner. Servicing the Arvida account was under her
direction operationally, as well as from a marketing perspective.
Her offices were consistently scored as "outstanding"
on the customer satisfaction surveys that were so critical
to the builder. Sharon's region was also recognized for its
low claims ratio which is indicative of her commitment to
excellence.

Greg Olivenbaum has 9 years in the marketing business having
begun his career at WFTV Channel 9, working his way through
the ranks from a sports intern to an editor, followed by an
Associate Producer position. He later became the Action Office
Producer for a short stint, where he helped right consumers
when they were wronged and went undercover to help expose
fraud. Finally, he settled into a role in the marketing department
where he organized the "Watch and Win" contests
and other events.
Greg
left the television business to further his marketing career
as the Marketing Director for Residential Land Services, Inc.
There he helped build a new company into a thriving organization
before leaving to pursue a future in the title business. |
